Friday 8/12 My male nail tech cut me on 5 fingers by nail bed, hurting/bleeding today! My pedicure was below average a 2. Next time I’ll try another facility. The nail gel selection was very poor and it’s the worse fill I’ve ever had. Apparently very poor training..

The place is very clean and glamorous looking. The staff is super nice and welcoming as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because some nails have spots with not enough polish and my shiny nails were still wet when I left.

Overall a very clean and bright salon. Language was an issue but eventually we were able to determine what I wanted. My pedicure was very relaxing, got the Box Spa treatment. My big toe was very bumpy with polish and instead of removing it, a different nail tech kept putting more coats on. The gel polish is very nice, but doesn’t cover the whole nail. He was a bit too quick and I didn’t notice until later, after I left. Since I’m in from out of town won’t be returning. I would go back if local but I’d have to be very clear about those issues.

My nails were cut way too short and the technician was so sloppy with the water that he got my shoes and my daughters shoes wet during the process. He also left nail polish on my skin surrounding my nails (I received a gel pedicure). He dropped the pumice stone on the ground and proceeded to pick it up and continue to scrub my foot. He used a dry towel to rub off the lotion that was dried on my leg. When I brought up my concerns to the owner, she upset with me and didn’t even apologize, she just became defensive. She admitted that he was still training, but then tried to justify it when we told her that he shouldn’t be training on paying customers.

Very disappointed! We were there 5 minutes before open and they sat outside smoking till 930. We went in and they wanted us to wash our hands but they had no water. Waited for their water to get back on then started our sets. I wanted wine and he started painting them white and when I corrected him he put his headphones on and stayed on video calls the rest of the time. My girlfriend got fingerprints imprinted in her nails and asked for black but got navy blue. She asked for one to be red and got deep purple. Then we were over charged. We asked for basic acrylic and they gave us gel/ powder. So instead of admitting they were wrong they made us pay for their mistake. Also I’m going to need a fill in a week

I came here today for a full set and they did amazing! I showed them a photo from Pinterest and was given exactly what I wanted. Great customer service and super friendly staff. I highly recommend this nail salon. They have huge selection of nail colors and the salon is super clean. I will definitely be coming here from now on and I live out of town.

One star because we actually got some service. We made an appointment and didn’t get seated until 30 minutes after our appointment time. We were treated very rudely by the staff. My friends toe nails were not drying. She asked to have them fixed. They put the same nail polish on and still wouldn’t dry. Tried a third time and nope…didn’t dry. By this time we had been there over 2 1/2 hours. My friend asked for a discount since her service was not completed and we needed to leave. She was told she needed to pay for the whole thing and wait 25 more minutes to try a 4th application or have her toes completely redone. By this time it’s past noon, we had lunch reservations and had to leave. She did eventually give $5 off….not nearly enough to cover the rude attitudes and time spent waiting. Don’t go here.

I have been here before a handful of times every now and then because everytime I go to this salon I never have a good experience. They don’t communicate with their clients. They either talk to each other in Chinese so you can’t even understand them to feel a little more comfortable or they’re on their phones. This last time I came here which was tonight I came for a full set. I wanted a coffin shaped, white acrylics with a fancy letter R on each ring finger. Gave them multiple photos of the type of R i wanted. Finally when the gentlemen was going to do the letter, he couldn’t. So he had to go to the owner of the business who is ALWAYS extremely rude. Very stuck up and no manners what so ever. Once she came over to do my nails she wrote the R very fast and sloppy with a SHARPIE!! Once she was done she had the guy who was originally doing my nails come to put the clear coat on. Once i realized they were leaving my nails like that I immediately asked if they were leaving it like that, the owner replied very rudely and annoyingly yes. I was in disbelief because they were all acting so rude about it. I told them that i wanted it to be actual nail art. Painted on. They were upset about this and another worker had to come do it. You could tell he was annoyed and didn’t want to re do it, but he did. They could of cared more about the work they were doing. This took over 2 hours. My appointment was at 3 and i got out at 6:37. Had to pay $75 for no color because it was white and black outline
